L1 Support Engineer at Unbxd

Provide technical support to Unbxd customers
Work with Unbxd customers across the globe on a 24/7 basis which will require you to work in different shifts
Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues
Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service
Consult and develop relationships with in-house engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction
Manage L1 support. Take complete ownership of support requests to meet customer support SLAs
Manage engineering escalations to meet support SLAs
Loop in Customer Success Managers to manage customer expectations regarding our product and service
2+ years of Technical Support Role; excellent communication & customer facing skills.
Knowledge of the Linux, ticketing, issue resolution.
Excellent troubleshooting skills; passion for problem solving and investigation
Ability to work with conflicting priorities, take initiative, and maintain a customer-centric focus.
