Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for lead generation of real estate agents, builders, house owners & tenants
Closure of leads and owning the process to make the residential units live on the site
Coordinating with different teams on an ongoing basis for smoother execution of the process
Self-motivated to drive himself & his team towards targets
Maintaining business & relationship with real estate agents & house owners
Customer centric approach & good with numbers
Partner with real estate agents to identify potential business for us, both from home owners & tenants side
Self-motivated to drive himself & his team towards targets
You will be responsible for the monthly targets in terms of no. of houses in our portfolio, no. of houses live on our site and the occupancy rates
Will have P&L ownership
Work closely with cross functional teams and policies


Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation or MBA with minimum of 3-4 years of field sales experience

Must Haves: 
Building, training and mentoring the teams
Must have own means of conveyance
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluency in: English and Hindi- a must
The local language- an added advantage
Candidate with a real estate background will be an added advantage
Willing to undertake regular field visits (within the city)
