Technical Recruiter (Executive/ Senior Executive) at Nestaway
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle End to End Recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers and on-boarding candidates for Technology Department at NestAway
Strong knowledge about technology skillsets to ascertain competency of candidates against the technical job description
Should be abreast of the technology trends in start ups
Work closely with NestAway hiring Managers and close positions with a sense of urgency
Proactively foster long term relationship with candidates and create talent pool of tomorrow
Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, complex internet searches, LinkedIn, social media, and existing talent pool database.
Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.
Induction handling of new joiners
Manage HR Recruitment Database
2 years of experience in handling end to end tech recruitment preferably from startups
Tech Savvy, ability to use social media.
A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines and meeting recruitment goals
Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge
Aggressive – Ability to close positions with a sense of urgency.
Technical Acumen – Should have basic knowledge of technical skills required to shortlist candidates and have conversations with hiring managers
Do more with Less –Ability to use the existing resources at NestAway. Ability to use offbeat or creative approach to hire
Problem Solving –Wants to know more and understand the reasons for a problem or issue, asks intelligent questions and looks for better ways to accomplish tasks.
