Job Purpose: Act as a technical advisor & build technical competence of direct line workforce (CSR and Field Officers) by driving suitable technical training & awareness initiatives.
Prepare & provide end to end training i.e. Package of Practice (POP) to CSRs/FOS on farming process.
Co-ordinate with Call centre Manager/State Head Operations & HR to effectively implement & execute Technical training Plan so as to equip CSRs with necessary technical training based on season/product to handle farmer enquiries effectively & efficiently.
Conduct Technical call audits on daily basis, to check training effectiveness & provide feedback to CSRs/QA/TL.
Run Technical tests/ contests/ rewards for CSRs for appreciating & motivating CSRs technical competence & performance.
Drive various initiatives to build the technical capability of the frontline team which may include technical booklet, technical directory etc.
Stay updated with current market trends, agriculture related information or requirements, changes and updates.
Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, Field Sales, Call Centre for preparation of Crop Calendar & Sales plan activity.
Understand customer VOC by regularly listening to CSR Calls, planning field visits with Field team for any mega farmer meeting etc & develop plan of actions & recommendations accordingly.
Actively participate & contribute in Customer Loyalty programs.
Perform other duties as required by the Business.
