Executive Assistant at AgroStar

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEOs. The EA will organize and coordinate with key stakeholders to manage calendars and other administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities while handling confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support including heavy meeting scheduling and arranging travel.
Consistently demonstrates solid understanding of priorities and proactively manage calendars and schedules.
Anticipate needs and proactively brings together resources to support the needs of the CEO.
Prioritizes & filters through requests independently and does thorough follow ups on behalf of them as directed.
Assists with presentations and correspondence, including preparing, editing and formatting.
Effectively manages relationships in a cordial and professional manner and consistently looks for new ideas to further develop working relationships.
Understands company policies and procedures & ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.

Pre-requisites:

4 + years of experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities if required
Exceptionally detail-oriented and well organized
Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to reach decisions independently; focused on understanding the bigger picture – i.e., results oriented, rather than task oriented
Adapts well to changing plans and priorities; deals comfortably with ambiguity
Maintains strict confidentiality standards
Hands on experience in MS Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
