Represent Uniphore and be the face of organization in front of the customers
Drive customer business requirements workshops
Collaborate with internal and external customers to interview, research, analyze, and derive business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution. This will be done through business Requirement Documents, High-Level Design Documents, Software Requirement Specifications, Functional Specification Documents, Data and Process Flow Charts, and Functional Test Case documentation as applicable
Coordinate overall solution delivery with the Implementation/Professional Services Team
Make solution presentation, highlight core value proposition of Uniphore's solution
Closely participate in the design, configuration, and testing to ensure design/solution integrity
Influence and contribute to Uniphore's product road-map
Perform periodic quality checks, data/results analysis, prepare and present business insights reports to customer/business stakeholders

Required Qualification

Technical/Job Skills
Experience with a proven track record as a business Analyst in customer enterprise/mobile applications.
Experience in Contact center, financial Services, insurance, telecom or healthcare preferred
Experience in defining customer requirements from both business and technology perspectives
Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members
Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret solution requirements
Business Analytics, Data Analytics knowledge with exposure to various BI/Reporting tools is a desirable skill

Functional Skills

Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions
Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with customers and make a difference
Must have excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills
Must have the willingness to travel to customer locations around the world
