Some of the Key responsibilities you will have:
Daily routine: Drive Program initiatives, scrums and operational processes for Pan India to coordinate the fulfillment, delivery and returns in collaboration with Logistics, Customer care, Category and Data science teams
Operational metrics: Customer and Operational, Product/success metrics, vendor management etc.,
Analytics quotient: Expertise working on different data sets, analyze them and provide hypotheses to validate & improvise the processes
Customer Development: Customer Lifetime modeling, Cross / up sell, Net Promoter score, Market Basket analysis, Most Valuable Customer analysis
Identify key KPIs: Define OPS and customer lifecycle metrics relevant to the business units, develop actionable insights and create business metrics
Market research: Accountable for Research and analysis in the industry sector, markets and competitors to initiate new initiatives
Stakeholder coordination: Frequent coordination with all stakeholders across different business units like Category, Operations & Logistics, Product Management and Risk management

Industry Knowledge and Functional skills:
Daily & Monthly reporting, P&L and Communication
Knowledge of Business & Financial concepts preferred
Business Case Analysis
Supply chain, Fulfillment & Last mile, Retail & eCommerce Markets
MBA/Post graduate from a Top Management Institution (India or Abroad)
3-5 years of OPS strategy, Program Management, SCM/Logistics from eCommerce/Retail Industry experience
Exposure and past experience with working with CXOs across verticals
