- Generate Orders for furniture & Appliance rental by meeting the target groups such as Real Estate Brokers, Builders & Developers and House/PG owners

- The individual should be able to connect, communicate and build rapport with brokers to have tie ups.

- Proactively develop new and existing broker relationships and strategic alliances through partner referrals

- Ensure the relationships are mutually beneficial, continuing to progress and are producing reciprocal referrals

- In partnership with the Inside Sales and Marketing Teams, foster lead nurture programs that will create greater momentum through the sales process

- Assist Inside Sales Team with customer contact strategies to deepen the client relationship, increase sales opportunities and capitalize on active campaigns

- Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from brokers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business partnerships.

- Frequently involved in society activation, builder activation, corporate tie ups etc.

- Should be able to generate PR within the communities of brokers.

- Initiating a formal partner referral program a plus

- Attend mass meetings of the target group and promote the company model

- Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales .

- Manage a Team of Tele callers and field executives

- Monitor the team performance and chase target effectively

Skills Required :

- 4-7 years professional experience in the same industry

- Team handling experience for atleast 5 to 8 people.

- Highly effective communication, presentation and research skills; comfortable speaking to company decision makers and C-Level executives

- Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality

- Possess a polished and professional image

- Passionate about building and maintaining strategic relationships

- Knowledge of the overall business including a broad market understanding and strong grasp of prospects and customers business models and business needs

- Fully competent in Customer Relationship Management systems
