Must be able to work in the sales team under a supervising manager to implement and get maximum Clients on board
Must be capable of devising a sales strategy, mapping target industries and clients and defining means to connect to them
Would be required to go on field or client site and explain the potential clients about Aasaan Jobs and understand their requirement
Should be capable of doing commercial and legal negotiation and thus, closing deals independently
Implementation of various Pricing strategies to maximise revenue
Should work hard to achieve the goal possible in getting the clients on board
Maintaining various reports for sales tracking

Is self motivated and self driven
Contributes individually and in a team
Must be very fluent in English (verbal and written)
Should be proficient in MS Office Suite
Strives to learn best practices in every aspect of the job
Has consistently demonstrated the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from the beginning (ideation, strategy) to full deployment in a timely manner
Is analytical & data-savvy
Should be a sound and reliable advisor for all BD matters
Must learn and contribute to our vision, our mission & our team
Educational & Professional Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate in any field

1 - 4 years of experience in a similar role / Freshers

Must be a high achiever in his previous stints, 1 - 4 years of experience in a similar industry.
