Business Development Executive at Aasaanjobs

Key responsibilities & duties:
On-boarding agencies by visiting them and provide them training to use Aasaanjobs portal.
Generate leads of new agencies via various online sources.like Facebook, LinkedIn.
Cold and scheduled visits to Manpower agencies / Training institutes / Cyber-cafe / freelancers to pitch the partner product and convince them to get associated with Aasaanjobs.
Regular email and telephonic conversations and follow ups with the on-boarded partners
Maintaining relationship with the partners onboarded. Regularly visiting them to solve their grievances and technical issues.
Ensuring that partners actively conduct interviews at our clients.
Interacting with dormant partners and making them active.
Maintain partner records and update the Business Development team about the progress. Weekly email reports to the BD head.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Languages known: Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (Speaking and Writing)
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Email, Microsoft office, Google drive
Work experience: Must have worked in the placement and recruitment industry. Freshers can apply too.

Other Attributes
Well aware of Mumbai locations is a must.
Confident in talking to business owners and convince them to work with us.
Should be good at simple math calculation to understand the value proposition of any deal.
Should have problem solving attitude and should be a team player.
