Sourcing Candidates through various channels such as Job Portals (,, References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements.
Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Conducting Recruitment drives at client sites (Mobile drives) as well as at our Centers.
Providing proper Counseling and guidance to candidates before & after interview.
Assisting in Onboarding the candidates to completes his Joining formalities.
Coordinating and helping the candidates throughout right from sourcing till his exit or Contract end.
Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions or Email communications.
Negotiating with the clients on relaxing the criteria in the JD like Salaries & Educations, Experience or any other Skills.
Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.
Maximizing the number of selections of the candidates to increase the book size and reduce TAT of closing the Bulk requirements.
Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing excellent client service.
Escalating matters to the Managers, if they are not resolved.


1­ to 3 years of experience in Staffing Recruitment is a must
Any Graduate
Strong communication skills and functional skills
Good Knowledge of using Various Job Portals
Well Versed with Staffing Terminology
